Killinchy & District Community Development Association – Integrated Community Plan

Developed an Integrated Community Plan to help identify and resolve local issues, especially with regards to improving capacity and co-ordination of local community and church halls. Thereby avoiding duplication and creating halls that were more economically and functionally fit for purpose. The Plan also addressed under represented and marginalised groups and sought to improve volunteering and communication between local groups.
