How do we approach consultations?
All projects impact on a community whether it is local, cross-community or even online. We have developed a unique community engagement model that can be tailored to your specific circumstances. Our model avoids consultation fatigue and 'tickbox' style consultations, by offering a combination of visits, discussions, surveys (online and hard copy), social media and skills development.
This is supported by significant research and experience into community engagement that allows us to contrast which methods work best for each occasion. We can also tap into social media and the web to enable people of all ages and abilities to engage with us from the comfort and familiarity of their home or work.How do we avoid consultation fatigue and boring documents?
Too many times we see tables full of stats or text that are not easy to understand and/or cannot be updated easily to reflect changes over time. We avoid this by clearly and colourfully presenting our information and use key points and summaries where appropriate.
