Why do I need a business plan?
A business plan defines where you want your business to be (the goal) and how it will get there. It is a formal document that traditionally contains sections on market research/analysis, management team, marketing, sales, strategy, product or service, operations, and financial projections. Recently there has been a trend to make them leaner, more focussed on audience (e.g. funding pitch) and updatable. Belfast City Council – Digital Media Connections Programme – Business Planning
Belfast City Council appointed McGarry Consulting to deliver the DMCP, a pilot programme aimed at increasing the profitability, innovation and competitiveness of Belfast's indigenous small digital media companies.
